Technical Product Specialist - Technical Service Junior

**Responsabilità**:
Gestione técnica della gamma prodotti in collaborazione con il team di marketing
- Attraverso la conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti, delle sue componenti e della sua formula, evidenziazione delle sue prestazioni e funzioni principali
- Valutazione nei processi di Gruppo delle nuove tecnologie e delle potenzialità di utilizzo e/o inserimento nelle gamme del mercato italiano

Gestione operativa del processo di Complexity Reduction
- Operazione di ottimizzazione delle formulazioni dei prodotti individuando gli spazi di eliminazione di prodotti obsoleti e/o di formulazione simile in favore di una riduzione formulistica e di ottimizzazione.
- Gestione del processo, delle riunioni mensili di reportistica e di interfaccia con il gruppo, perseguendo gli obbiettivi prefissati e gestendo il flusso interno.

Product management
- Identificazione lacune di gamma, ricerca prodotti ottimali
- Gestione certificazioni dei prodotti, attraverso il rapporto con i colleghi esteri e interni
- Mantenimento documentazione di supporto tecnico.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o laurea breve chimica
- Conoscenza lingua inglese
- Attitudine alla relazione
