AxL Business Unit di Milano, ricerca per una società operante nel settore assicurativo un/una:
LEGAL SUPPORT

La risorsa ricercata si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:

- Assistenza nella gestione delle attività del Dipartimento Affari Societari (redazione di verbali e documenti per il Board, precisione, ricerca ed interpretazione delle fonti normative primarie e regolamentari, supporto alla segreteria Societaria);
- Supporto nella gestione del contenzioso.

Requisiti:

- laurea in giurisprudenza con votazione da 105 in su;
- pratica forense in materia civilistica/commerciale/societaria (preferibilmente settore assicurativo/finanziario) per almeno 1 anno;
- abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense;);
- pregressa esperienza anche in azienda in ambito di gestione affari societari e/o contenziosi (minimo 1 anno).
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- capacità di gestione dello stress e interesse per la materie legali.

Completano il profilo puntualità, affidabilità e serietà.

Inserimento con uno stage di 6 mesi, previsto un compenso di 800 euro più ticket del valore di 9 euro.
