**Banking Processes PMO**:
Your role
**As a Banking Processes PMO, your challenges will include**:
Analysis mapping and review of existing Banking processes;
Support to define workflow procedures;
Defining processes to ensure timely update of documents to guarantee regulatory compliance
Procedure and policies reclassification and review based on taxonomy;
**Requirements**:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of Corporate Banking Processes and procedures (e.g. Loans and credit lines management, compliance, operational management of corporate customers, Stock-Treasury-Derivatives);
Experience in the development and review of policies and procedures (strong asset) related to Banking porocesses;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
Knowledge of the Corporate banking governance (desirable);
Familiarity with designing and proposing organizational improvements;
Organization skills and client-oriented;
English and Italian are mandatory;
Work Permit for Luxembourg is requested.
