The position is permanent and preferably based in Modena. Some travelling will be required.

**What you will do**:
As a Services Portfolio Planning Manager you will:

- SLM Process & Tool Ownership: Guide Services Category Product Managers on the SLM process and tool usage. Own the SLM Tool and ensure data quality across PPO, NPI, and Tollgate phases.
- Tollgate Management: Secure and review Tollgates for CSN with Portfolio Services Leaders and Services Categories, ensuring correct business stream assignment.
- Portfolio Strategy Support: Consolidate CSN prioritization cycles, support roadmap awareness sessions, and align Packaging & Processing Service solution needs with the portfolio roadmap.
- Integrated Roadmap Consolidation: Drive the integration of service roadmaps and support strategic planning efforts.
- BI&A Alignment: Consolidate and drive the Services BI&A Plan in alignment with the global BI&A team.
- Global Network Engagement: Actively contribute to the global SLM network for tool improvement and service input integration.
- Expert Leadership: Lead SLM Business Expert sessions and foster collaboration across the Services Organization.
- Fast Forward Initiatives: Drive innovation and acceleration through Fast Forward Services initiatives.

**We believe you have**:

- Experience of Portfolio/Product Management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of Tetra Pak’s product portfolio.
- A University Degree OR MBA or equivalent in Product Management / Marketing
- You are fluent both in written and spoken English.
