**All about the role**
As our Courier HR Operations Specialist you will join the courier HR operations team. Together with the team you support the delivery fleet all over Italy.
Furthermore, you'll help to address concerns and tackle complex HR issues and exceptions to general policies in close collaboration with responsible HR Business Partners and Line Managers.
As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:
- Responsible for general day-to-day operational tasks relating to the courier lifecycle.
- Being the first point of contact and answering inquiries from our courier fleet.
- Execution of administrative tasks such as employee data management and other HR documents;
- Support Local Operations with equipment requests and disciplinary actions and accidents/incidents.
- Proactively see opportunities for process improvement and work with other functions to craft and implement them.
- Production of monthly reports and analysis on HR system data to ensure data integrity.
**Can you deliver**
Here's what we're looking for from our Courier. HR Operations Specialist:
- 2-3 years experience in HR Administration
- Experience in a high volume support function using a ticketing system.
- Helpful, service-minded, friendly and supportive way of collaborating closely with employees and partners.
- Affinity working with different online systems, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing and developing environment with changing structures and procedures. When we say fast, we mean it.
