**Customer Experience Internship**:
Inserita nella nostra sede di La Spezia (SP), all'interno dell’ Operational Processes Department, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Customer Experience Intern

Le principali responsabilità della nuova risorsa riguarderanno:
Supporto e affiancamento al Customer Experience Specialist nell'esecuzione del Piano Annuale CX
Esecuzione di compiti e partecipazione a progetti - sia locali che internazionali - per implementare la Customer Experience secondo la strategia aziendale
Pianificazione di ricerche/sondaggi sui clienti
Realizzazione di prototipi e test di nuove soluzioni atte a migliorare l’esperienza dell’utente a 360 gradi
Collaborazione trasversale con altri dipartimenti aziendali nell’ottica di uno scambio autentico di best practice orientate a una migliore esperienza del cliente

**Requisiti del ruolo**:
Laurea Triennale, preferibilmente in Economia, Scienze Economiche o Psicologia
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale
Desiderio ed entusiasmo nell’apprendere in un ambiente e in un team dinamico
Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
**Lingua italiana**: madrelingua/C2 fluente
**Lingua inglese**: B1 e superiori
Capacità analitiche
Organizzato e indipendente
**Desiderabile**: esperienza pratica pregressa in contesto aziendale
**Desiderabile**: conoscenza di principi di Design Thinking e UX

Customer Experience Internship

Being employed in our La Spezia (SP) office within the Operational Processes Department, we're currently looking for a Customer Experience Intern

**New resource’s main responsibilities will concern**:
Support to the Customer Experience Specialist in the execution of the CX Yearly Plan
Delivery of Customer Experience tasks and projects in line with Business Strategy
Plan and carry out client research/surveys
Participation in local and international projects
Tests of products mock-ups and prototypes
Collaboration with other departments to identify ways to improve the user experience across all processes

**Role’s requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Economic Sciences or Psychology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eager and enthusiastic to learn in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
**Italian Language**: mother-tongue/C2 fluent
**English language**: B1 and above
Analytical skills
Organized and independent
**Desirable**: practical experience in a corporate context
**Desirable**: knowledge of Design Thinking and UX principles
