**The Role**

The O&M Supervisor plays a key role in enforcing and maintaining all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and protocols, in line with local regulations and Sonnedix norms and policies. They will coordinate subcontractors and third-party service providers, supervise preventive, corrective, predictive, and conditional maintenance of various equipment, and manage on-site tests. The O&M Supervisor will also inform the O&M Team Leader of any potential risks, provide technical support to the O&M team, and support business cases related to technical plant investments.

Desirable skills:

- Expertise in electrical engineering
- Experience in the renewable sector
- Hands-on experience with onsite solar PV plants maintenance
- Familiarity with design and construction processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote control systems (SCADAs)
