**Director of Corporate Engineering & Production (m/w/d)
- Deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Investitionen sowie die Erstellung des Investitionsplans auf Gruppenebene
- Umsetzung und Steuerung sämtlicher Innovationsprojekte für alle Werke der Gruppe
- Werksübergreifende Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Technologien
- Leitung der Abteilung Corporate Technical Project Management
- Verantwortung für ausgewählte internationale Produktionsstandorte
- Führung und Koordination der lokalen Werksleiter
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Qualitätsmanagement-, Umwelt-, Hygiene
- und Food Safety Anforderungen laut geltenden Normen und Zertifizierungen

Dein Profil:
- Universitätsabschluss oder technisch orientierte Ausbildung, idealerweise im Industrie
- und Maschineningenieurwesen oder in der Lebensmitteltechnologie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Werksleiter oder technischer Projektmanager in Führungsposition
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Logiken und Abläufe in lebensmittelverarbeitenden Produktionswerken
- Internationale Erfahrungen von Vorteil
- Methodisches und technisches Know-How gepaart mit Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Projekten und Investitionen sowie ausgeprägtem Kosten
- und Leistungsbewusstsein
- Pragmatische und begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung, Kommunikations
- und Organisationstalent sowie Gestaltungswillen und Umsetzungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutsch
- oder Italienischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
