**Tech Operations Specialist**, part of IQVIA EMEA PM/IM Center of Excellence (CoE), will report to Delivery lead in monitoring Financial and Commercial operations, including team Utilization, Projects costs/cost deviations monitoring. In this role will interact frequently with regional Finance lead and Commercial Operations lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Support Delivery lead in important planning and strategy decisions
- Oversee operational policies and procedures
- Monitor budgeting, reporting, planning (including assignments and chargeability)
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
- Handle internal Communication (i.e. Newsletter)
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Support onboarding of new hires, ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve the smooth and efficient daily operations

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, WBS
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial management
- Strong business acumen
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in English
- At least two years of experience in this role
- Ability to travel
