**Sales Representative**:
**Job Summary**:
Tecnomaco Italia S.r.l., a company of the Omnia Technologies Group, is looking for a Sales Representative to support business development in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
The Sales Representative, reporting directly to Sales Director will be involved of developing sales strategies for portfolio growth and/or retention of current customers.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Plans sales actions to expand the portfolio and/or retain existing customers;
Conducts sales and courtesy visits that are not aimed at direct sales;
Proposes technical solutions to customers;
At the customer's request, and with the support of technical colleagues, develop customized solutions that will then be presented in a commercial offer;
Prepares the technical-commercial offer in collaboration with the relevant product managers;
Engages with the customer in the complaint management process;
Builds a relationship of trust with the salespeople in the field, forming a sales team;
Maintains the role of sponsor for relevant projects, coordinating with the project team (project manager);
Participates in industry exhibitions and events.
**We are looking for**:
Fluent in English;
Willingness to travel internationally on short-term assignments;
**Ambition**: desire to achieve career progression, take on challenges, and contribute to the success of the company;
Strong customer orientation;
**Nice to have**:
Appreciated Short sales experience outside of Italy;
Proficiency in a second language;
Master’s degree or bachelor’s in a technical field (mechanical, mechatronic, or chemical/pharmaceutical).
