**Descrizione**

**Responsabilità**:

- Gestire le richieste dei clienti.
- Preparare quotazioni spot e ottenere tariffe.
- Ricevere e rivedere gli ordini secondo i requisiti dei clienti e le politiche GDP, garantendo la sicurezza del prodotto.
- Preparare e gestire le spedizioni secondo le Politiche, i Processi e le Linee Guida attuali e valide (vedi QMS).
- Gestire immediatamente le non conformità per garantire la sicurezza del prodotto e la soddisfazione del cliente.
- Assicurare la conformità della documentazione secondo le convenzioni internazionali richieste (es. Aereo, Stradale, Marittimo e/o formalità doganali).
- Fatturare le spedizioni entro le tempistiche indicate e distribuire la documentazione.
- Controllare e accettare le fatture e i costi in arrivo.
- Finalizzare la contabilità delle spedizioni e chiudere i file.
- Garantire che tutti i report, le analisi e le informazioni per clienti interni ed esterni siano elaborati e forniti secondo le SOP e le linee guida interne valide.
- Coordinare la risoluzione delle problematiche relative alle prestazioni dell'area di competenza.
- Gestire e indirizzare i requisiti specifici dei clienti all'interno delle Operazioni secondo le Politiche valide.
- Collaborare con i Team Leader per la gestione delle quotazioni ad hoc richieste dai clienti.
- Gestire compiti aggiuntivi in base ai requisiti specifici delle SOP dei clienti.
- Supportare la risoluzione di NCR locali, reclami e richieste di risarcimento.
- Eseguire tutte le spedizioni di Merci Pericolose in conformità con le leggi e i regolamenti applicabili.

**Profilo del Candidato**

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Logistica.
- Da 2 a 7 anni di esperienza lavorativa nel settore delle spedizioni internazionali.
- Buona esperienza nel trasporto e/o nelle soluzioni della supply chain, idealmente nel settore farmaceutico.
- Esperienza comprovata nell'implementazione di processi, nel servizio clienti e nella logística, preferibilmente nel settore Life Science.
- Competenza nella garanzia della qualità in conformità con le GDP.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team.
- Ottime competenze informatiche (MS Office).
- Fluente in italiano e inglese, sia scritto che parlato.
- La conoscenza di altre lingue europee è un vantaggio.
- Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e di influenza a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione, forte sensibilità culturale e capacità di costruire relazioni.
- Spirito di squadra con capacità di lavorare autonomamente.
- Proattivo, orientato agli obiettivi, orientato alle soluzioni e con grande attenzione ai dettagli.
