We’re looking for talented individuals to join the **Charging team **and play an integral role in delivering new business models, experiences, and capabilities. As a **Charging Deployment Specialist, **you will support our implementation of Ford Pro depot charging solutions.

**The minimum requirements we seek**:

- Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience with EV charging solutions and/or battery energy solutions

**Additional information**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Build and manage a deployment team in Italy that will be responsible for the ground delivery of E2E charging infrastructure from site assessment to depot go live - commissioning and onboarding the chargers to the Ford Pro back end - the role starts as an individual contributor and will develop as the pipeline grows
- Working closely with Ford Pro’s European turn-key partners to establish processes and delivery frameworks
- Working closely with a diverse set of teams within our charging organization. Both locally as well as at a European level with infrequent collaborations with Ford Pro N. America
- Managing subcontractors to ensure the infrastructure is delivered on time and within budget
- Define a clear programme of works and reporting metrics that should be reported by the L1 contractor on roll-out progress
- Verify the installation quotations from partners ensuring competitive pricing and solution suitability
- Establishing relationships with third parties in the Market that can support and speed up infrastructure rollouts as well as offering commercially competitive services
- Review and optimise existing contract structures and operational processes, defining and implementing renegotiation/change strategies as required
- Working closely with the Commercial Team providing necessary support and inputs throughout the sales cycle
- Working closely with the product team to ensure that we develop relevant solutions for our depot customers ensuring they are deployable in the field
- Responsible for ensuring infrastructure is installed in line with local regulations and best practices
