About the Role

Guydeez is seeking passionate locals in Siena to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups of travelers. No professional tour guide license is required—just a love for Siena and a desire to share its history, culture, and hidden gems with visitors.

What You’ll Do
- Lead immersive walking tours tailored to guests’ interests
- Share engaging stories, cultural insights, and local tips
- Represent Siena in a friendly, professional, and welcoming way
- Ensure every visitor has an enjoyable and memorable experience

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Siena’s history, culture, and key landmarks
- Fluent in at least one language: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable leading tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
- Bonus: Passion for local food, traditions, and gastronomy
