SI OCCUPERA DI
Valutare i consumi energetici, verificare e individuare le curve di carico giornaliere, elettriche e termiche, con l’ausilio di supporto esterno e software. Pertanto
- Verifica e gestisce i contratti esistenti collegati ai servizi energetici (sia per assicurarsi delle prestazioni erogate, sia per pianificare in modo opportuno le proposte di investimento);
- Monitora le aree di consumo (caratteristiche, potenze impegnate, ore di funzionamento, centri di costo, data di installazione, ecc.);
- Individua un set di indicatori di prestazioni energetiche, realizza e predispone i bilanci energetici in funzione anche dei parametri economici e degli usi energetici finali;
- Effettua studi di fattibilità per l’efficientamento energetico anche con l’ausilio di un supporto esterno e propone interventi (monitoraggio, riduzione sprechi, processi adottati, promozione di buone pratiche, sensibilizzazione dei colleghi e/o degli utenti);
- Organizza programmi di sensibilizzazione ai dipendenti, investimenti in efficientamento e rinnovabili;
- Monitora la normativa e l’accesso agli incentivi;
- Verifica i risultati conseguiti.
