Siamo alla ricerca dell’Operations Manager di uno dei suoi stabilimenti più strategici, con sede in Toscana.**Il Ruolo**:
L’Operations Manager è responsabile di tutte le attività dello stabilimento relative a: risultati di produzione, People, Sicurezza, Qualità, Equipment e Costi. Garantisce che tutti i KPI di plant siano in target ed implementa eventuali azioni correttive.
In particolare:
- È responsabile di tutte le attività di plant in termini di Operations/Infrastrutture/Logistica in collaborazione con con i responsabili delle relative funzioni.
- Monitora e sviluppa ulteriormente le score card dei KPI e degli obiettivi rilevanti al fine di garantire i risultati mensili e annuali.
- Collabora con la pianificazione della produzione e con la logística alla definizione della programmazione a breve e lungo termine.
- Fornisce linee guida al gruppo di pianificazione per ottimizzare l'efficienza delle macchine
- Definisce la strategia di manutenzione per gli impianti e le macchine del plant
- Collabora con il gruppo di Project Engineering e con il PMO per l'attuazione di progetti strategici
- Fornisce dati, informazioni, spiegazioni e qualsiasi tipo di supporto all’Industrial Controlling Manager per la preparazione del budget, delle previsioni e della chiusura mensile. Partecipare al processo di chiusura mensile
- Guida il percorso culturale della sicurezza: segnala le condizioni non sicure e sviluppa un piano per rimuoverle. Ha potere di rappresentanza su sicurezza e ambiente (è delegato per la sicurezza), disciplina dei dipendenti, acquisti e spending.
- Garantisce lo sviluppo e la crescita delle risorse anche con interventi di coaching mirato sul campo: parla con le persone, le ascolta, le coinvolge, le responsabilizza ed energizza. Può eseguire in prima persona interventi mirati di formazione
- Guida l'implementazione delle attività di Continuous Improvement in collaborazione con il dipartimento dedicato.
- Esegue la valutazione annuale delle prestazioni ed assegna obiettivi chiari e sfidanti per i suoi collaboratori.
- Organizza il piano ferie e le chiusure
- Assicurare la conformità legale in qualsiasi area (emissioni, sicurezza delle apparecchiature, sicurezza personale).
- Guidare personalmente la risoluzione dei maggiori problemi di processo
**I Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria (idealmente chimico o meccanica)
- Consolidata esperienza nella gestione di Operations in contesti produttivi di processo dinamici e complessi.
- Competenze di budgeting e Cost Management
- Competenze di Continuous Improvement
- Esperienza e forte cultura in termini di sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e tematiche ambientali.
- Esperienza di gestione del rapporto con le RSU
- Inglese fluente
