Post Production Coordinator

**THE ROLE**:
12 month Fixed Term Contract

**As our new Post Production Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Work closely with the production team to support post-production requirements, as discussed during weekly planning meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule the production of highlights for DAZN Italy, including VOD content and contributions for gallery-based productions.
- Manage requests from production teams for daily and weekly post-production plans, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Book post-production resources and manage the upload of branding elements and fillers for transmission on DAZN platforms.
- Generate operational sheets for audience measurement (Auditel), SRT Disaster Recovery channel allocations, and production documentation for gallery-based workflows.
- Plan and schedule freelance post-production staff, including managing their availability, activity logs, and cost-related reporting.
- Coordinate the licensing and creation of virtual production content and oversee CMS uploads in alignment with central DAZN teams.

**You'll have**:

- Work closely with the production team to meet post-production requirements as planned during weekly meetings.
- Schedule post-production shifts to optimise the production of highlights, VOD content, and pre
- and post-match contributions.
- Manage freelance post-production bookings and maintain reporting on attendance, activities, and associated costs.
- Book licenses for the creation of virtual production content and upload assets via CMS in coordination with DAZN’s central teams.
- Prepare operational files for Auditel audience measurement, SRT Disaster Recovery channel allocations, and documentation for gallery-based productions.
