**The team you will be a part of**:
The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

**This role in summary**:
We are looking for a Customer Repenishment Planner who will secure the best logistic service levels for customer IKEA at the lowest cost for both IKEA and Whirlpool. He/she will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and validating sell-out demand, monitoring customer and Whirlpool Stock levels, and for properly planning short/mid term replenishment to the client. The resource should manage the daily activities of the order management and delivery creation process and is supposed to bring value added in the analysis of improvement areas, own projects and be a solid reference for the maintenance of KPI’s and targets for the optimization of partnership.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Interface with IKEA: agree on KPI (availability, stock levels, etc) and priorities thorugh daily and weekly contacts
- Secure loading and shipments plan all along the month to drive the volume and DCM results to the planned targets
- Be involved in agreed transformation projects aiming at improving Whirlpool's performance levels
- Create and maintain KPIs to measure IKEA demand performances & forecast accuracy
- Work closely with IKEA OTD Manager, providing support and inputs for the monthly ODP preparation
- Responsible to define the weekly truck plan by customer destination and to follow up daily with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure the availability of trucks and warehouses capacity.
- Work closely with the Supply Planner to share possible gaps & opportunity from a production/supply standpoint, discussing and agreeing corrective actions if needed.
- Inform promptly the management in case of any Sell-In risk or opportunity versus last ODP or last Target
- Be a key player in the Phase-In / Phase-Out management, planning First Buys and Last Buys replenishment according to customer request
- Be the contact point for IKEA counterpart as far as delivery plan and stores supply levels are concerned
- Specs definition, system enhancements and maintenance to support planning process and other business activities for the client (i.e. EDI, planning tool)
- Fix customs issue whenever requested by the customer to keep the business continuity

**Minimum requirements**:

- Former experience in similar roles preferably in a multinational company
- A proficient English speaker
- Big adaptability and flexible mindset
- A proficient user of Excel

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- International experience
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a remarkable plus
