We are currently recruiting a Didactics & Operations Specialist to join our team, dealing wth:
**1. Didactic & Operations Office**
- Management of the Didactic Operations Office (preparation of teaching materials to support lectures, collection and filing of projects and evaluations)
- Professors and lecturers organisational assistance, classroom support
- Documentation management and students activities support (visa, residence permit, etc.)

**2. Operations & Digital**
- Digital and IT activities support for students and teams, classroom set-up and assistance
- Management of digital devices on the premises (PCs, multimedia room and equipment)

**3. Support for recruiting campaign**
- Relations with international design schools to recruit new students and develop mailing lists

**PROFILO**
- University Degree
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility and creativity
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, Premiere Pro), Outlook Express
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D programmes, social networking platforms
- Predisposition to interpersonal relationships in a multicultural context
- Previous experience, even as intern, in the Education area, is a preferential title
