SAP Basis and Governance

We are looking for a SAP Basis and Governance officer to be based in our Parma Plant (Italy).

**Your Mission**:

- MANAGE and RUN SAP BASIS and GOVERNANCE:

- Coordinate SAP BASIS services managed by SAP AMS and Infrastructure outsourcers
- Define and own the SAP Governance processes to support SAP Release management (both small enhancements and project)
- Manage SAP Operations liaising with SAP AMS and Infrastructure outsourcer to identify and execute any require corrective or preventive maintenance actions
- Monitor SAP Performance and define SAP capacity planning
- Periodic asses SAP early watch report and Prepare and conduct SAP Audit
- SAP PROJECTS:

- Review and assure the required SAP SW stack, SAP licences, SAP Add-on needs for SIDEL major projects
- Participate to periodic SAP project quality gate to check solution consistency and compliance to SAP Architecture guidelines
- Regular liaison with internal and external clients
- Working within a complex matrix organization internationally

**Your Profile**:

- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven Capacity to work under pressure, being able to react to business need and to manage priorities and risks mitigation
- Demonstrated ability to guide the work of others, including system integrators and suppliers and service providers (SAP Application Maintenance, Infrastructure and network management), to interact with people working remotely, in different countries and from different business and geographical cultures.
- Demonstrates knowledge and awareness of process and service concepts, practices, and procedures.
From 7 to 10 years of experience in design and run processes of SAP Governance with deep knowledge of SAP Basis services: SAP Transport Management, SAP Operations (job scheduling, printers,), SAP Capacity Planning, SAP Performance monitoring and SAP DB Admin (Oracle, HANA, Windows, SUSE), SAP archiving
- Deep technical solution knowledge about SAP Business One, SAP ECC 6.08 on premise and SAP RISE S4HANA Private Cloud editions
SAP BASIS and or ITIL certifications are a plus
- Proven knowledge of SAP Solution Manager work centres (ChaRM)
- Proven knowledge of SAP PI, SAP BTP
Knowledge of SAP GRC, Boomi integration platform is a plus
- Broad understanding SAP implementation Best practice and SAP activate methodology
