**What you’ll do**
- Support consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
- Support in mapping business processes and solution requirements
- Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
- Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
- Support other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
- Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
- Introduce SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
- Deliver solution training to customer team members
- Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
- Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
- Support in solution testing and issue resolution

**What you bring**
- University degree in economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent work experience
- Up to 3 years of functional experience
- Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
- Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP’s IntelligentEnterprise Suite
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Italian language

**Working Model**

Hybrid (remote and onsite).
