Notre client est le n°1 de la Sneaker en France Et l'enseigne préférée des Femmes. Dans le cadre de son ouverture prochaine en Italie, nous recherchons un HRBP basé à Milan pour accompagner cette nouvelle aventure du Groupe, qui compte déjà plus de 2000 collaborateurs et 300 magasins à travers le monde.

**Le Contexte**:
Vous rejoindrez la Team RH du Groupe et plus particulièrement l’équipe du Responsable des Affaires Sociales Europe. Vous serez en charge d’accompagner au quotidien le Directeur Régional et les Responsables de magasin. Une dizaine d’ouvertures est prévue cette année et de nombreuses autres à venir

**Les Missions**:

- Déployer et appliquer la politique RH du Groupe, dans le cadre d’une ouverture de pays ;
- Accompagner activement la mise en place des process RH et accompagner le changement ;
- Participer activement à l’état des lieux du socle social des sociétés/magasins éventuellement rachetés ainsi qu’aux actions d’harmonisation ;
- Identifier les ajustements nécessaires en matière de gestion des ressources humaines locales et proposer des plans d’actions pertinents ;
- Être garant du climat social sur son périmètre, grâce à une bonne connaissance du droit du travail italien et une bonne connaissance des collaborateurs de son périmètre ;
- Accompagner les managers dans le recrutement de l’encadrement magasin, assurer le recrutement de l’équipe pour les ouvertures de magasin ;
- Participer à la gestion des compétences et des carrières, accompagner les managers dans la détection des potentiels, l’évolution et la mobilité des collaborateurs ;
- Être garant du respect du cadre légal et règlementaire de l’embauche à la sortie de chaque salarié ;
- Conduire les procédures disciplinaires en partenariat avec les managers ;
- Apporter ponctuellement son soutien à l’assistant de Direction Retail dans l’administration du personnel.
- Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans réussie sur un poste similaire dans l’univers du Retail et avec un réseau en perpétuelle évolution.
- Vous êtes bilingue français/italien et avez une connaissance approfondie des pratiques locales.
- Vous êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel et rédactionnel, d'une capacité d'analyse et d'une réelle force de proposition.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide et changeant.
- Vous appréciez le management de proximité.
- Vous avez besoin d'autonomie et de challenge au quotidien.
- Vous aimez être en magasin aux côtés des opérationnels pour les accompagner.
- Vous pouvez vous déplacer régulièrement sur la zone italienne et à Paris

Salaire : €40 000,00 à €50 000,00 par an
