As an F&B Director, you will oversee the F&B department of the Hotel inspiring the team to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing an F&B strategy, focusing on revenue growth and achieving company-set goals.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all F&B departments (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Kitchen, Events Sales), delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Preparing annual F&B budgets and manage them in a fiscally responsible manner, ensuring cost controls and adherence to financial goals.
- Leading and supervising the F&B Team, ensuring everyone is well-trained and motivated.
- Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B department.
- Improving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation.
- Managing F&B operations according to the budget.
- Production of reports supporting the activities of the F&B direction
- Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
