**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual terms
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Assist with the month-end closing process and reporting activities related to accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and address discrepancies
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- **Professional skills**:Knowledge of accounting principles. Nice to have even knowledge of invoicing procedures and credit control practices.
- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role, preferably within manufacturing companies.
- **Language skills**: Proficiency in English (at least B2). Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
- ** IT Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (ERP experience is a plus)
- ** Soft skills**: Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative. Proactive and positive, able to propose ideas and improvements, with a hands-on approach and a strong drive to contribute to team goals and continuous improvement.
