**What's the role?**: We’re looking for Intern for our CRM & e-Commerce team in Milan who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture. The intern role provides support to the implementation, change management and daily operation of two of our company’s main software solutions (CRM solution and Hilti website). **Who is Hilti?**: If you’re new to the industry, you might not have heard of us. With 30,000 people in more than 120 countries, which we’re looking to expand, we’re a great place for you to show us your worth, step up to new challenges and grow your career. **What does the role involve?**: Support to a variety of topics and projects in both areas CRM and e-Commerce, such as: - Preparation and implementation of communication and training material for multiple target groups - Analysis and optimization of existing communication channels - Completion of support requests from Hilti sales teams - System maintenance and updates e.g. assignment of clients to territories and revenue split - Support of the international implementation project of the new CRM solution Salesforce - We will give you everything you need to excel in your role, including software, tools and ongoing training.**What do we offer?**: - You will join a structured training agenda which will allow you to carry out your daily tasks but also to discover many other relevant topics and activities such as: - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI);- Compensation&Benefits;- Brand Identity;- Trying our tools under the guidance of our trainers;- During your internship, you will have scheduled touch points with your tutor.**What you need is**: - Degree or studies of Economics / Business Studies, Engineering or Technology-related study programs - Independent work style, diligence, strong communication skills, proactivity, and team player - Fluency in English and Italian - Excellent MS Office skills and in general affinity to software solutions **Why should you apply?**: We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, more innovative, more productive team.
