The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is an interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and healthy aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational biology, structural biology, neuroscience and health data science. HT scientists work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment to help promote life science research nationally and internationally. In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT’s technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community.
Human Technopole (HT) is looking for an **HR Administration Specialist** with a strong focus on HR Administration processes and Data Analytics & Personnel Reporting.
This role is responsible for the accurate and compliant execution of HR policies, payroll activities, and employee lifecycle procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness in administrative processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a data-driven HR environment**,**ensuring that analytics play a key role in optimizing HR processes and supporting HT goals.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities**
- Handle, in collaboration with the HR Administration Associate, payroll processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments for all personnel categories;
- Oversee and support onboarding, contract renewal and offboarding processes;
- Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboard to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, providing insights that support HR and organization strategies;
- Support Finance department providing timely accurate reports and key metrics such as headcount, absenteeism, personnel costs;
- Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of HR data to support compliance and organizational efficiency;
- Coordinate benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) and support their availability to all eligible personnel.
**Mandatory requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience;
- At least 3 years in a similar role;
- Knowledge of payroll systems, and HR administration processes;
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Previous experience in international companies;
- Fluency both in Italian and in English (min B2) - HT is an international institute.
**Preferred requirements**
- Previous experience in payroll system implementation;
- Knowledge of SAP, SF or similar experience;
- Knowledge of labour laws;
- Knowledge of CCNL Industria Chimica and/or Dirigenti Industria;
- Previous experience in an HR & Labour Advisory Firm;
- Activation and administrative handling of curricular and extra-curricular internships, CO.CO.CO and collaboration contracts.

- Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency across administrative, payroll, and reporting activities;
- Organizational skills: Manages multiple processes efficiently, ensuring compliance and timely execution;
- Collaboration: Builds effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Communication skills: Clearly conveys complex information to diverse groups within Human Technopole;
- Analytical thinking: Translates HR data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Hands-on attitude.
