Il tirocinante verrà inserito nel dipartimento Operations per uno stage formativo di 6 mesi, durante i quali avrà modo di approfondire con un’esperienza concreta le attività di Logistica e di Demand Planning.
Durante lo stage, il tirocinante avrà la possibilità di interfacciarsi principalmente con l’intera squadra Operations, l’Operatore Logistico ed HQ.
Affiancherà inizialmente la figura di Head of Logistics & Customer Service e successivamente quella di Head of Demand & Supply Planning.

**Tutte le resposnabilità che ti affideremo**:
**LOGISTICA**:
Supportare il manager di riferimento in tutte le attività di miglioramento della performance logística tramite analisi, piani d’azione e follow up con l’operatore.
Affiancare il manager nello svolgimento di test dei flussi ed interfacce, in seguito all’introduzione del nuovo sistema ERP.
Supportare la gestione dei processi inbound, assicurando la correttezza dei flussi informatici, movimentazione del magazzino contabile ed allineamento dello stesso con l’operatore logistico.
Supportare le attività di monitoraggio e chiusura a sistema delle lavorazioni di magazzino.
Affiancare il manager nella gestione del processo di reverse logistics in stretto coordinamento con l’operatore logistico.

**DEMAND PLANNING**:
Affiancare il manager di riferimento nell’analisi dei dati di vendita e di stock, al fine di assicurare la disponibilità dei prodotti.
Affiancare il manager nello sviluppo di reportistica ad hoc e tools specifici per supportare il processo di forecasting in modo accurato.

**Conoscenze e competenze richieste**:

- Laureandi o neolaureati in ambito Ingegneria o Economia o Scienze Statistiche.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Disponibilità ad un tirocinio con orario full-time presso la sede di Milano.
- Approccio “hands-on”, proattività e capacità analitica e relazionale, completano il profilo ideale.
