**Space System Configuration Manager (M/F)**
**Ref.CM_23**

**Your Tasks**
- Develop and maintain configuration management plans, strategies, and guidelines that align with Customer requirements, the organization’s development methodologies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Project configuration status
- Establish and enforce change management processes to track and manage software and hardware changes throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct regular audits to verify that all project components are compliant with configuration management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration-related issues, foster collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery
- Identify areas for process improvement within the configuration management process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
- Act as direct interface with Customer for Configuration aspects

**Your Qualifications**
- University degree, combined to a documented experience in the Aerospace sector
- At least 3 years of experience as a Configuration Manager or System Engineer for complex Space Systems
- Good Knowledge of the MS Office tools in Windows environment
- Working level fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
