La divisione _Engineering_ di Claire Joster by Eurofirms Group, Società di Ricerca e Selezione del Personale, è alla ricerca di una figura di **LEAN LEADER** per importante realtà multinazionale.
Con riporto diretto al Plant Manager, la risorsa coordinerà tutti i progetti di ottimizzazione e di miglioramento continuo in team interdisciplinari.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Assicurerà l’introduzione della logica Lean in riferimento all’introduzione di nuovi prodotti in produzione, supportando la definizione dei processi di assemblaggio e qualificazione, anche mediante l’introduzione del “poka Yoke”;
- Garantirà l’implementazione e il corretto utilizzo dei principi di miglioramento continuo;
- Coordinerà i progetti di Continuos Improvement;
- Favorirà e promuoverà la cultura di ottimizzazione ed eccellenza dei processi, dopo una accurata analisi e valutazioni mediante utilizzo dei principali strumenti (metodo 8d, Six Sigma ecc);
- Promuoverà il cambiamento nel team introducendo nuovi strumenti di gestione.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Meccanica. Gradito Master in Lean management;
- Pregressa esperienza di 5 anni nella mansione in realtà produttive;
- Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.
