**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase online sales.
- Monitor client performance and provide detailed analysis and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics, product) to create an efficient e-trade plan to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Plan and execute an optimized Amazon Advertising Plan.
- Use e-commerce analytics tools to monitor performance (KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, etc.).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
- Stay updated on market trends and e-commerce best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5-7 years as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce sector.
- Experience in Beauty Industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian and international e-commerce landscape, online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret e-commerce data and metrics.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various company functions.
