The result: total peace of mind. **How will you Contribute?** We are currently seeking a motivated Procurement team support that will join our company. will include: Initial Tasks: - Recording requests received from customers - Sending requests to suppliers - Checking daily deadlines and reminders to suppliers to receive offers - Managing the customer's portal tools (uploading offers, requesting technical information, requesting extensions) In the second time, after training support: - Technical and commercial analysis of supplier offers - Clarification requests to suppliers - manage customer’s offer in the Sap System - Selection and analysis of customer requests - Develop good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relation with internal key stakeholders and external (customers and suppliers). - **Requirement**_ Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2-C1 level) - Good knowledge of Windows 365 - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams - Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat - International mindset and ability to quickly adapt to change - Preferable good knowledge of Sap. - Interest for digital tool’s - Problem solving mindset. - Good time management - Team-player attitude - Flexibility - Analytic - Curiosity - Eagerness to learn - Precision - **What we offer**:_ Type of contract: fixed term contract with full time hours (duration < 12 months), with the possibility of transformation in permanent contract (after the expired fixed term contract) Office located: in Sesto San Giovanni (Milano) - Lombardia - Italy Starting date: 16th December 24 - **Benefit**_ Tickets restaurant for every day in presence Free Beverage Participation to the company Events Smart working according to the company regulation, after probation period Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato Durata contratto: 12 mesi Benefit: - Bevande gratis - Buoni pasto Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì Domande di preselezione: - sei disponibile a lavorare in presenza, presso la sede di Sesto San Giovanni (Lombardia - Italia)?
