You will be working as Business Controller and will be part of Process Automation Business Area based in Italy. You will be primarily responsible to optimize financial performance within an assigned business lines/product group supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Performing financial analysis, reporting to business managers, and making suggestions to improve performance, where appropriate.
- Establishing and overseeing the processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information, ensuring high quality information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the Front-End Sales organization.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, the Accounting Center and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues, suggestions for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency.
**Your background**:
- A bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- At least 2 years of experience in a controlling role.
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP.
- Intermediate level English and fluent Italian is a must.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
