Per multinazionale operante nei servizi in outsourcing alle imprese, per l’area Nord-est italiana con sede in Veneto centrale, stiamo cercando il/la **PAYROLL AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER** che, rispondendo all’Amministratore Delegato Italia, coordinerà un team di 15 persone.

La persona ricercata, con ottima esperienza maturata nel ruolo, dovrà gestire il/i cliente/i direzionale/i attraverso le attività richieste e concordate con gli stessi, garantendo attività e risposte puntuali.

La persona, con evidenti capacità relazionali e organizzative, si occuperà di:

- Curare le relazioni con il cliente, individuando eventuali esigenze e mettendo a disposizione la propria esperienza per offrire soluzioni di competenza;
- Supervisionare tutte le attività operative del team, comprese quelle amministrative del payroll e la gestione delle assunzioni, cessazioni, variazioni contrattuali e documentali;
- Verificare l’andamento del servizio offerto, comprendendo la qualità della prestazione e la gestione dei claims;
- Mantenere i rapporti nell’operatività quotidiana con il cliente principale ed enti esterni (studi ed enti previdenziali);
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di idee per migliorare l'efficienza e l'efficacia del lavoro del team.

Per questa posizione pensiamo ad un/una professionista con le seguenti caratteristiche:

- Diploma o laurea;
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli omologhi all’interno di società di consulenza o realtà aziendali
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei software gestionali
