**Corporate Credit Portfolio (CCP) Specialist - 12m FTC)**
**Milan**
As a Barclays Corporate Credit Portfolio (CCP) Specialist, you will be part of our Corporate Credit Portfolio Internal Oversight & Control team (ex-Risk Control Unit under the Italian Credit Team up to 12/2015), which is directly responsible of the activities that follow the credit sanctioning process managed by RSU (Local and UK). These activities include sign off, mark limits of the credit lines and related guarantees where sanctioned. The team also manage the excess process and the past dues (90DPD) activities.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Challenging capacity using excellent communication skills in order to drive other areas in Credit Risk department, Relationship Manager, Coverage and the Monitoring & Control team
- Providing in-depth and extensive understanding of the credit risk theme, focus and attention to details, precision to calculate financial ratios and right interpretation of the financial data
- Interacting with main stakeholders of the Branch such as Credit Sanctioning Team, Coverage and Products, Special Asset Management BE, Legal and Compliance.
- Following all the Post Sanction Activities after Credit Department release a sanction, under their discretions limits, referred to the Corporate Clients and manage all admin
- Managing of excess, failed and unpaid cases around the Corporate Italian Portfolio and challenging the issues with relevant stakeholders (Coverage, Credit, Product, M.I. and Legal)
- Ensuring timely escalations to the Credit Risk Sanction Unit to help determine a choice to be undertaken on the clients impacted
- Managing the signature and powers data-control required from the internal stakeholders (Sales Finance, Trade and Coverage) respecting the timeline needed

**What we’re looking for**:

- Medium-high level of English language
- Resilience in order to follow new initiatives when proposed centrally by HQ Operations (UK or Ireland)
- Accuracy and good attention during the business as usual activities performed in addition to the right risk culture
- Open mind and willingness in order to learn and profit Barclays Corporate Internal Risk Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
