Technical Project Manager

**Technical Project Manager**:
TXT Group, in order to expand and strengthen the workforce of its Cologno Monzese office, is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic team.
The resource inserted, as Technical Project Manager, will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of various aerospace projects in the aerospace industry. This role requires a good technical background, project management skills and a passion for results in a fast-paced environment.
**Main responsibilities**:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the aerospace domain, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, system architects, quality assurance professionals, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives;
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables;
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring smooth project execution and timely resolution of challenges;
Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders through regular status updates, reports, and presentations;
Manage and account for delays and contingencies, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
**Technical Skills Required**:
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in technical project management in the aerospace industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and on budget;
Good knowledge of software development methodologies, systems engineering principles, and IT infrastructure in the aerospace industry;
Solid knowledge of project management tools and techniques including planning, scheduling, risk management and resource allocation.
The ideal profile possesses excellent leadership skills, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, organizational autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
**The following will be considered a plus**:
PMP or equivalent project management certification;
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
**Education**: Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
