**Job description**:

- Main responsibilities:

- Receive and review vendor invoice, performs invoice matching and VAT invoice verification.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of vendor invoice for PO and non-PO items.
- Review and standardize account coding of expenses.
- Coordinate with team lead and local business unit Controllers to reduce the occurrence of non-PO invoices.
- Ensure all non-PO invoices are authorized before payment.
- Review AP reconciliation, ageing reports and other financial reports to identify error
- Ensure clearing accounts are maintained up-to-date and identify action plans for any long outstanding items.
- Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually

**Profile**:

- Previous experience in accounting and of SAP ERP would be a plus.
