Location: Milan

Here in Italy we are looking for an **Office Advisor**, reporting to the Office Manager Italy.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:
**Office duties**:

- Be the point of contact for guests and visitors;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and registered mail;
- Archive organization;
- Handling of the office spaces including meeting rooms;
- Coordinate office supplies and vendors;
- Handle company agreements;
- Provide new solutions for the office work environment;
- Support on internal company events;
- Monitor and ensure implementation of relevant company policies;
- Handling confidential company information

**Qualifications**:

- University degree;
- Experience in the fields as an advantage;
- A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills;
- The ability to deal with multiple requests in a timely and efficient way;
- The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
- Proactive and solution-oriented;
- A practical doer who delivers quality results on time;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
