In this context of innovation and growth, **Studio Fuksas in Rome** is looking for a **Tender Specialist** to be entrusted with the processes of identification, selection and management of tenders.

**Description and activities**

As Tender Specialist you will work within the Business Development team reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer, with responsibility for overall management of participation in public tenders and private initiatives.

The main activities will be:

- Monitoring and scouting of tender opportunities
- Analysis of tender requirements and preliminary assessment of consistency with the organisation's activities
- Preparation of summary sheets, also with a view to sharing opportunities with the reference Bus
- Production of supplementary documentation
- Support in the drafting of the technical and economic offer
- Support in the drafting of the tender contract
- Support to the working group and processing phases
- Monitoring of administrative envelope processing and formal verification in accordance with current regulations
- Updating of formal documentation preparatory to participation in tenders (criminal records, visas, DURC, etc.)
- Updating profiles and scouting opportunities on national, regional, European (EU Tenders) and international Public Procurement platforms
- Supporting relationship management with partners and suppliers for the finalisation of RTI, subcontracting and outsourcing agreements
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:
The ideal profile has a Master's degree in Economics, Law and/or equivalent qualifications. A Master's degree or certification in the field of public contracts and/or project management is considered a plus.

He/she has 3 to 5 years of experience in the sector, in particular in the management of the process of participation in public tenders, with a focus on the architectural services sector and the third sector. Experience in the design and preparation of European tenders and programmes is considered a plus.

He/she has proven experience in coordinating the preparation of tender documentation and of Italian and European national legislation on public contracts and PA procurement procedures.

He/she has a good knowledge of the English language (B2) and excellent knowledge of the Office package and of platforms such as E-Tendering and Participant Portal. In addition he/she will have demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.

He/she has excellent skills in data analysis and information synthesis, time management and problem solving.
