**What's the role?**:
We are looking for a very dynamic accountant with a strong process orientation to join an international environment in a strong transformation time towards the future made of robotics and automatization of accounting job. This role will give a full exposure to the Italian Executive Management Team-members as well as to the global finance community of the group.

**What does the role involve?**:
We live an international environment where Global Finance decided to create active community to develop, improve and implement a **new accounting vision. **The Italian accounting team will play an active role in defining the correct processes to allow the company to benefit from new tools, RPA and process simplification. As a team we will work to bring in our Italian reality all this big investment.
Doing that you will have the chance to learn two different accounting standard, being exposed to international environment and to Italian EMT will give you the opportunity to grow fast and be part of a success story

As a **General Ledger Accountant **you will be part of a team of 6 people, you will contribute to the monthly & year end reporting in IFRS and Local GAAP and you will be one of the leading actor in bringing the accounting department in the future.

- Economics degree and passion for Finance & Processes
- Project management & change management skills
- Independent in work and reliable
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Accounting knowledge is appreciated
