**Mission**

Il Leasing Manager rappresenta l’azienda sul mercato.

In coerenza con le strategie aziendali e con il merchandising mix definito, dialoga con i migliori brand nazionali ed internazionali in tutte le fasi della trattativa commerciale, fino all’apertura del punto vendita.

**Principali responsabilità**
- Recepire le linee guida strategiche fornite dalla struttura di Asset Management, instaurando un dialogo costruttivo sul merchandising mix e sugli elementi delle potenziali trattative (aree, mix, brand, economics).
- Per ciascuna posizione disponibile, proporre novità e ricercare i migliori brand, anche innovativi e non presenti in Italia o nel mercato dei centri commerciali.
- Proporre tutte le opportunità derivanti dalla presenza nelle loro stazioni, aprire e gestire la negoziazione commerciale, in tutte le sue fasi, fino alla chiusura del deal, con il supporto dell’ufficio legale.
- Presentare i deal al comitato leasing aziendale e coordinarsi con il legal ed il pilotage nelle fasi successive, fino all’apertura del punto vendita.
- Operare in costante sinergia con i colleghi del team e con tutta la rete commerciale, temporary e pubblicitaria, per cogliere e proporre opportunità volte alla creazione di valore per la società in un’ottica di business totalmente integrata.
