All'interno dell’**Area di Business Electronics**stiamo ricercando **un/a Program Manager** per la nostra sede di Campi Bisenzio (FI).

La persona che individueremo sarà inserita all’interno del team di progetto IPT (Integrated Project Team) con lo scopo di garantire il coordinamento e la gestione degli ordini di vendita in conformità al Life Cycle Management, nel rispetto di fatturato, ricavi e margini associati.

**La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività**:

- Gestire contratti di delivery o d ricerca e sviluppo relativi al dominio di buisness Air Traffic Management
- Definire, condividere e perseguire con tutto il Team di progetto gli obiettivi stabiliti dal contratto
- Sintetizzare e riportare al responsabile Programmi gli aspetti più di rilievo dei programmi e del Team di Lavoro
- Supportare le funzioni coinvolte durante la gestione del Business (i.e: commercial, procurement, Ingegneria, etc..)
- Migliorare le competenze di gruppo ed il clima lavorativo dello stesso migliorando la “comunicazione” interna e con tutte le realtà aziendali coinvolte nel Business

**Titolo di studio**:
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Aeronautico/Aerospaziale o discipline tecniche equivalenti

**Livello di esperienza richiesto**:
Expert: almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Program Manager (PM) preferibilmente nel settore “Air Traffic Management”.

**Competenze e conoscenze tecniche**:

- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di Project/Program Management
- Conoscenze economico-finanziarie (budget, ricavi, forecast, ecc.).
- Pianificazione (milestone, costi etc..)

**Competenze comportamentali**:

- Orientamento al risultato.
- Capacità organizzative, di gestione e di coordinamento.
- Resilienza.
- Capacità di comunicazione efficace.
- Capacità di lavorare in team ed operare in Team di progetto internazionali e multi-azienda
- Capacità di analisi e sintesi.
- Capacità di ascolto

**Conoscenze linguistiche**:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1 o equivalente).

**Competenze informatiche**:

- Buona/ottima conoscenza di SAP e Microsoft Project.
- Buona/ottima conoscenza dei tools di Office Automation.
- Conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e delle piattaforme di comunicazione di ultima generazione

**Altro (es. Disponibilità a trasferte/Certificazioni specifiche richieste )**:
È richiesta la disponibilità a trasferte anche extraeuropee.
