**SENIOR CONSULTANT/ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, REAL WORLD SOLUTIONS ITALY**

IQVIA Italy is searching for a new senior member for joining the Real-World Solution team.

This is a leadership position with business development responsibilities, for which exceptional technical expertise is required.

**Leadership and business development activities related to Health Economics**
- Anticipate and deeply understand clients’ needs in order to develop tailored solutions and proposals
- Collaboration with other business areas (i.e. PRMA/HTA/RWE) in order to leverage their expertise and propose integrated solutions
- Drive internal initiatives for the advancement of innovative methodological approaches
- Collaborate with other business areas and functions of the organization to deliver client services and support the development of new offerings
- Contributes to the enhanced awareness of the broad IQVIA HE & RWE capabilities in the marketplace, through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.

**Management of complex projects**
- Lead and oversee HE activities to ensure highest quality
- Distil strategic insights from analytics that generate value for our clients
- Manage projects across Health Economics business areas and the full breadth of therapeutic areas, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manages client interface and project team to achieve efficient and effective project delivery

**Qualifications And Skills**
- MSc or PhD or equivalent in health economics, economics, econometrics or related discipline
- Proven experience in health economics /HEOR research, ideally within academia, consulting or the pharmaceutical sector (relevant experience as post-graduate researcher may also be considered)
- Experience in pharmaco-economic activities (e.g. survival analysis, markov model, cost analysis, preference studies such as MCDA, Delphi and DCE)
- Record of published articles in indexed Journals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Italian
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Attitude to work well as a team member and to build and manage relationships in a complex organization
