Free-Way srl, società di field e trade marketing con oltre 20 anni di esperienza nel settore, ricerca un profilo junior dinamico e motivato da inserire nel nostro team di sviluppo commerciale nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.

Alle risorse che individueremo sarà affidata l’attività su un panel di punti vendita già attivi che andranno presidiati lato merchandiser e lato training e sviluppo del business.

**Ricerchiamo 2 risorse sulla seguente area di competenza**:

- EMILIA ROMAGNA

**Attività lavorativa**:full time, dal lunedì al venerdì

**Descrizione attività**:

- Scouting nuovi partner commerciali sul territorio assegnato
- Pianificazione dell'agenda settimanale attraverso l'utilizzo di un programma dedicato
- Attività di formazione su novità di servizi/prodotti e chiavi di vendita
- Implementazione a livello di punto vendita di tutte le attività promozionali, commerciali volte a garantire lo sviluppo del business e il raggiungimento dei target assegnati
- Gestione della relazione tra azienda, venditori e punti di vendita
- Raccolta dati tramite applicazione dedicata. Reporting attività svolta e segnalazione opportunità/criticità/attività competitor
- Partecipazione ad eventi con attività di promozione dei servizi/prodotti del brand

**Chi cerchiamo**:

- Esperienza nel settore dell’ energia solare o in ambiti affini (energia elettrica)
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione, relazione con il cliente e gestione di progetti.
- Forte orientamento al risultato e attitudine proattiva.
- Conoscenza del mercato italiano e internazionale delle energie rinnovabili rappresenta un plus.
- Preferibilmente Laurea o Diploma

**Responsabilità**:

- Gestire e consolidare relazioni con clienti e partner strategici.
- Collaborare con il team tecnico per proporre soluzioni commerciali efficaci e innovative.
- Monitorare il mercato e analizzare trend per supportare la strategia commerciale dell’azienda.
- Propensione al problem solving
- Buone capacità organizzative, precisione ed ottime capacità di lavorare in team
- Disponibilità a spostamenti e trasferte giornaliere
- Ottima conoscenza e uso pc, posta elettronica e degli applicativi Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) saranno considerate a titolo preferenziale
