We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as** Ecommerce Operations Specialist - Intern.**

We offer to our customers end-to-end strategic and operational solutions and proprietary software.

Our team is composed of _dynamic_ young individuals with a strong _international_ view and coming from diverse backgrounds.

As **Ecommerce Operations Specialist - Intern **you will:

- Conduct daily audits of the catalogue to check products health, minimize chargebacks, file additional documentation and information required by marketplaces;
- Lead quality assurance of all executions, ensuring our clients' products land correctly on marketplaces;
- Deal with marketplaces support to maximize catalogue saleability and content optimizations attainment;
- Support Advertising Team during peak seasons creating and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI;
- Ensure adequate order management to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction managing Witailer clients' end-to-end; marketplaces fulfillment process without exception;
- Support the teams streamlining and optimizing processes identifying improvement areas at all levels.

- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluent in Italian and English. Other European languages (Spanish, German, French) would be a plus;
- Ability to manage and prioritize well across competing requirements;
- Aptitude to work across multiple teams and projects to deliver significant impact on the business;
- Passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- High IT Literacy proven use of web and associated technologies (Excel, Power Point, Google apps);

**The internship lasts 6 months and leads to a full-time permanent offer.
