**Posizione**:
Ricerchiamo per nostra azienda cliente, operante nel settore alberghiero, uno/una:
**CHEF**

La risorsa, inserita nella cucina del ristorante dell'Hotel, si occuperà di:

- Preparazione dei piatti secondo il menu
- Gestione della cucina e del personale
- Sviluppo e aggiornamento del menu
- Controllo qualità e sicurezza alimentare
- Gestione inventario e ordini
- Monitoraggio costi e spese
- Creazione di nuove ricette
- Collaborazione con il servizio di sala.

**Requisiti**:
Sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

- Esperienza comprovata in cucina
- Conoscenza delle tecniche culinarie e dei trend gastronomici
- Certificazione HACCP
- Capacità di gestione del personale e del lavoro in squadra
- Ottime doti organizzative e di pianificazione
- Creatività nella creazione di nuovi piatti
- Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e interazione con i clienti.

**Si offre**:
**Contratto**: a tempo determinato in somministrazione a scopo di stabilizzazione

**Orario di lavoro**: full time 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì alla domenica su turni, anche spezzati

**Luogo di lavoro**: Varazze (SV)
