**Assistant Quality Technologist (Toys)**

**The Jobs**
- Perform in-house quality assessments on Toys including Pet items.
- Review and validate lab test reports, inspection and audit reports by external service providers.
- Evaluate the defective product samples against Company’s quality requirements.
- Collaborate and follow up with internal Merchandising Teams in Asia, Quality Team in Head Office, Germany and external service providers on test reports and inspection reports.
- Ensure the product complies with European safety standards and requirements, as well as maintain consistency in product performance.
- Update technical documentation on the internal database.

**Requirements**:

- Degree Holder in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferable in the laboratory or European buying office.
- Familiar with European safety standards and directives in consumable items such as toys, pet toys, stationery, and sport accessories.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
- Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Flexible with business trips.
