Per nuova apertura Hotel 4 stelle in Amalfi Aprile 2026, siamo alla ricerca di un receptionist inserire nel nostro team front office

Le risorse si occuperanno di:

- Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti durante il loro soggiorno
- Gestione del check -in/check out
- Contatto diretto con gli ospiti e supporto nella personalizzazione dell’esperienza di soggiorno
- Gestione cassa e operazioni amministrative di base
- Supporto nella promozione dei servizi dell’hotel

Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo richiesto in strutture alberghiere 4 o 5 Stelle
- conoscenza di base dei principali gestionali alberghieri
- Ottima capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Conoscenza fluente dell’Italiano e dell’inglese (una terza lingua è un plus)
- Flessibiltà oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e nei festivi
- Problem solving, autonomia, orientamento all’ospite
