La figura di Master Data Specialist sarà responsabile della gestione e manutenzione dei dati anagrafici relativi ad articoli, prodotti finiti, optional, accessori e ricambi, all’interno dei sistemi gestionali aziendali. Operando in un contesto regolamentato (ISO 13485), garantirà l’integrità, l’accuratezza e la tracciabilità dei dati a supporto dei processi produttivi, logistici oltre che quelli tecnici e normativi.

**Task & Responsabilities**
- Creazione e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche di articoli e materiali nel sistema ERP, nel rispetto delle normative del settore medicale
- Monitoraggio della qualità e della coerenza dei dati anagrafici
- Collaborazione con i reparti Ufficio Tecnico, Marketing, Produzione, Supply Chain e Acquisti per la raccolta e la validazione delle informazioni tecniche e logistiche
- Implementazione e monitoraggio delle procedure di data governance, garantendo la conformità agli standard regolatori (es. ISO 13485, FDA, etc.)
- Supporto nella gestione delle distinte base (BOM) e dei cicli di lavorazione
- Partecipazione attiva a progetti di revisione, pulizia o migrazione dati in occasione di audit, rilascio di nuovi prodotti, modifiche tecniche o cambio di ERP
- Generazione di report per il controllo qualità e lo stato dei dati master (errori, duplicazioni, completezza, etc.)
- Collaborazione con il team IT per l’integrazione dei sistemi e l’automazione dei processi legati ai dati anagrafici (workflow)
- Formazione base agli utenti interni sull’utilizzo corretto delle anagrafiche

**Education**
- Diploma tecnico e/o laurea in Ingegneria

**Skills & Competencies**
- Conoscenza di sistemi ERP (preferibilmente SAP o AS400)
- Lettura disegni tecnici e conoscenza delle buone pratiche di documentazione técnica (GDP)
- Ottima padronanza di Excel e preferibilmente di strumenti di analisi dati (es. Power BI)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Elevata precisione, orientamento al dettaglio e approccio metodico
- Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e sotto requisiti stringenti di compliance
- Conoscenza delle logiche di Supply Chain e/o di Contabilità Industriale
- Esperienza pregressa in progetti di data cleaning e/o data migration
- Esperienza pregressa su progetti di implementazione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale

**Experience & Background**
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni in ruoli simili all’interno di aziende manifatturiere (es. data entry avanzato, gestione distinte basi, MDM, ERP key user)
