**Posizione**:
**As Strategic Transformation Manager**, reporting to the **M&A & Corporate Development **Senior Manager, you will be in charge for supporting the overall Jakala’s strategy and transformation agenda - pushing strategic thinking into Group’s decision and ensuring tangible results.

Your main activities will include:
1)** Strategic intelligence**:generate meaningful intelligence about key trends and phenomena affecting the Group’s competitive arena (**market context**, company positioning and competitor benchmarking)
- Analyze continuously company capabilities to **structure and develop future Jakala’s offer**
- **Scout opportunities and define additional capabilities for growth** in partnership with management and business units
- Assess company product portfolio and **evaluate technological growth opportunities** leveraging core assets

2) **Strategy and operating model design**:Design the future Group Strategy, Operating Model and Organization providing tangible support on strategic thinking and pushing plans to be concrete, actionable and measurable
- Design and implementation of the **future company operating and organizational model**
- Support business in internal **technological stack upgrade** to respond to new needs
- Collaborate with HR in the design of the future organization

3) **Transformation projects**: Support transformation projects from the strategic thinking phase up to the implementation project management pushing plans into concrete actions and measurable results
- Support go-to-market and service lines in **continuous business growth**
- Design optimization actions to **improve overall Jakala’s sales and marginality**

4) **M&A and Post merger Integration**:

- Support M&A in the** assessment and implementation of organic and inorganic acquisitions**
- **Coordinate post-merger integrations activities and teams**

**Requisiti**:
**Your capabilities include**:

- In-depth knowledge of the advisory and marketing technology industry
- Strategic vision and ability to synthesize industrial macro trends
- Mastering spreadsheets and power point tools, good knowledge of profit & loss logics and financial statements and mastering of key tools for data analysis and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate on the design of the corporate business plan and to interact with senior management in the selection of strategic focus priorities
- You have an entrepreneurship style, bias for action and can-do mindset. You are committed to delivery of highest quality work product with strong attention to detail.
- You have strong analytical skills, distinctive problem solving, business acumen and forward thinking.
- High proficiency in English
