**What does the role involve?**:
As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you’ll be part of Credit Dept of whom Accounting team is integrated.
You will contribute to the operational management of the entire active billing cycle by interfacing directly with the Partner Delegated to manage the e-billing process, will be involved in the operational management of the collection flows coming both from internal sources and directly from customers and will also have a role in the interface with the banks for the management of the SDD portfolio presentation process and the feedback on the successful completion of the deadlines themselves.
You will be involved in the development of new or existing projects, in particular in the process of digitization of payments related to small and medium-sized customers and will have a role in the 1:1 activities related to key accounts for problem solving activities or customization of interface processes.
He will be involved in the planned audit activities and will contribute to the continuous updating of the processes in line with the regulatory requirements and/or with the Group's guidelines.
Your main task will be the following:
Cooperation in management of active cycle by e-billing with direct interaction with delegated Partner
Collaborate with whole Credit team sharing common tasks with special focus on customer payments ensuring perfect accounting alignment of customers statement in particular for Strategic clients
Direct contact if needed with strategic customers to align on accounting discrepancies or for specific request of deepening of internal processes
Undertake Financial Analysis and Management Reporting mostly on Hilti Store accounting Activities
Involving in ad-hoc local Finance projects (ex Payments digitalization) and in Global Communities representing our Market organization
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors
Establish and maintain good relationship with internal and external Team providing data when needed for external queries

**What you need is**:

- Degree holder in Economics
- At least 1 Year of professional experience in Accounting roles
- Complete working knowledge of MS Office/Access
- High motivation level, drive and energy; attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player with strong result orientation
- Ability to drive and influence different teams to work together and achieve the goal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
