**Job Description** Market & Insights Analyst Team Leader**

**40 hours per week, Monday-Friday**

**Rome, hybrid**

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Market & Insights Analyst Team Leader to join our team in Rome.

**The Role**

You as a Market and Insights Analyst Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes and helping our business understand market conditions, trends, and client behaviors. Your key tasks will be:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for market research and data analysis projects
- Provide data-driven recommendations to identify market trends and opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align research findings with business strategies and to develop and implement strategies based on data insights
- Monitor and report on the performance of the key business and marketing activities, using data analysis techniques
- Efficiently managing resources and budgets to maximize impact

**Qualifications** About you**
- Proficiency in analysing data, statistical analysis, and using analytics tools is fundamental
- Experience with survey / research tools and platforms
- Experience with survey and research supporting AI tools is considered a huge plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent level of English
